This Week In our Service Learning Meeting We Talk About What Roles Will Everyone Would Plays Which Were:

The Empire of The Sun Review

In the movie Empire of the Sun there is a young boy named Jimmy, Which he played major role in the film. The plot of film is based on WWII. They’re different changes happens before, during, after the war.

First, before the war Jimmy started as a silver-spoon kid. He was very spoiled and was aware of the poverty in china. For example he did care for a homeless man that lived in front of his house. He was very unaware of the war because He runs into Japanese pit full of Japanese soldiers and was almost killed.

Next, during the war Jimmy is by himself because he was lost in the crowd when drops his hat pushed away from his mom. Then he meets Basie and Fred, when Fred almost hits Jimmy when he running from the Chinese kid. Basie teaches Jimmy a lot about independent. Jimmy begins to do a lot of things that would he never do, But Even though he doesn’t have a family he makes family and continues to help other peoples.

Lastly, after the war Jimmy is complete Different Boy . Now thats He realizes he is all alone he begins to do everything by having himself. He Wonders the country of china Until he Goes Back To the concentration camp and Finds a army missile filled with food and beverages. When Basie and the other Amercians ask for a ride,he deny their help 9
